Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and cannot do with RemoBridge services.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") protects our customers, our network, and the wider internet community. By using RemoBridge services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must NOT use RemoBridge services for:

  • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law;
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, ransomware, or other harmful code;
  • Phishing, credential harvesting, or impersonation;
  • Unauthorised access to any computer system or network;
  • Denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or network flooding;
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors;
  • Human trafficking, terrorism, or incitement to violence;
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or SMS abuse;
  • Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement;
  • Any activity intended to defraud, deceive, or harm others.

3. Fair Use

Services are provided on a fair-use basis. Excessive resource consumption or activity that degrades service for other customers may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and legal action where appropriate.

5. Reporting Abuse

Report suspected abuse to abuse@remobridge.tech. Include as much detail as possible (timestamps in UTC, IPs, evidence).
